RETURN POLICY

Order once placed can be cancelled within 4 hours from placing the order or before the order is shipped.
To cancel order mail us at contact@driphop.in with your Order id.

We do not accept exchanges/returns on several product categories, due to hygiene reasons. The products or categories to which this policy would apply may change without prior notice.
Customers must notify us via mail for a return/refund within 7 days of receiving the product, to be eligible for 100 Days Return Policy.
Refund of COD charges is not applicable.
Refund for prepaid order will be made back to the same method you chose for payment.
Refund for COD order will be made in your bank account.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
If the order is cancellation is requested before it is shipped, the refund will be initiated in 1-2 days.
If the order is cancellation is requested after the product is shipped, the refund will be initiated, after the package reaches back to us.
If the products you received are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:
- Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
- Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods to your bank account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

First and most important make sure your order/product is eligible for return/replacement by going through the point above.
Email us at contact@driphop.in with your “(Order number)_returns” in the subject field within 7 days of receiving the product.
Describe in as small detail as possible the reason for the return.
Also, mention whether you want to return the item or exchange.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s)back to us anytime within 100 DAYS (Yes, Senpai knows how lazy you are).
To compensate for the shipping expenses in sending the product back to us a discount coupon of Rs. 100 will be given (only once per order) to you, which you can use on future orders.
You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Also, make sure to write your order number on the package somewhere.
You will receive all the details regarding return including the address to ship the item to via mail.

In case of replacement, we will ship the replacement in 1-3 days of us receiving the product back.
In case of refund, we will initiate the refund in 1-3 days of us receiving the product back.
Please note: After the refund is initiated from our side the time period in which the amount reflects back in your account may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 3 to 12 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service to send the product back to us. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and is one of the most economical and reliable courier service.
